Lockridge/Blackstone
Callaghan/Two Rivers

Lochridge Estates

The Lochridge Estates Subdivision utilizes a 40,000 gal/day WWTP best described as a gravel bed bioreactor. The WWTP processes sewer effluent from an 80-lot subdivision, each home has an E1 Lift Station, low pressure collection line to (4) 20,000 gallon septic tanks, gravity into (2) 20,000 gallon recirculation tanks, (4) 40' x 50' gravel beds, chlorine disinfection. The treated wastewater effluent is discharged to McHenry Creek, then to Fourche Creek, then to the Arkansas River in Segment 3C of the Arkansas River Basin.

Callaghan Creek

The Callaghan Creek Subdivision utilizes a 5,000 gal/day WWTP best described as a recirculating, textile fabric packed-bed filter. The WWTP processes sewer effluent from a 19-home subdivision, employing a Septic Tank Effluent Pumping (STEP) collection system, (1) 5,000 gallon recirculation tank, (1) 1,500 gallon dose tank, chlorine disinfection, The treated wastewater effluent is discharged to Callaghan Branch, thence to Fourche Creek, thence to the Arkansas River in Segment 3C of the Arkansas River Basin.

Blackstone

The Blackstone Ranch Subdivision utilizes a 30,000 gal/day WWTP best described as a recirculating, textile fabric packed-bed filter. The WWTP processes sewer effluent from a 105-home subdivision, employing a gravity collection system, (2) 30,000 gallon septic tanks, (1) 35,000 gallon recirculation tank, (10) AX100 pods, chlorine disinfection, (1) 2,000 gallon dose tank. The treated wastewater effluent is discharged to Cedar Creek (in AR then OK), then to the Poteau River (in OK then AR), then to the Arkansas River in Segment 3I of the Arkansas River Basin.

The Two Rivers Subdivision utilizes a 2,000 gal/day WWTP best described as a recirculating, textile fabric packed-bed filter. The WWTP processes sewer effluent from a 7-home subdivision, employing a Septic Tank Effluent Pumping (STEP) collection system, (1) 2,000 gallon recirculation tank, (1) AX100 pod, chlorine disinfection, (1) 1,000 gallon dose tank, The treated wastewater effluent is discharged to the Arkansas River in Segment 3C of the Arkansas River Basin.
